With our premium pipette service offering, you’ll receive a lifetime warranty on any brand of pipette under this service plan. Your lifetime warranty includes an annual service and calibration appointment along with coverage for any incidental damage that may occur to your pipettes between appointments.*

Premium Service is available either in-lab at your location or mailed into our Gilson Service Center. Both mail-in and in-lab service is available for all brands of pipettes and ISO 17025 calibrations are available. Our trained technicians provide high quality work using analytical balances, original manufacturer parts whenever possible, and adhere to manufacturer guidelines when servicing your pipettes, ensuring they are returned to you in “like new” condition.

Our Gilson Service Centers and Field Service teams follow ISO 8655 guidelines for the gravimetric determination of errors or measures for conformity of pipettes.
The majority of our labs are ISO 17025 accredited, and can provide ISO 17025 accredited calibration both in the lab at your location and in our Gilson Service Center.
